Jews have the 613 and non-Jews the 7

The 613 Laws:

The Holy One Blessed is He/HaShem, gave each of us laws to keep. Originally, six laws were given after Adam transgressed. After the flood, the seventh law, not to eat/benefit from meat of an animal taken before it is completely dead was added then.

At Mount Sinai, when the Children of Israel/Jews were set aside by G-d and became a nation, the 613 laws were given along with the two tablets containing the ten commandments.

These 613 laws are coded in the Shulchan Aruch/the Code of Jewish Law and have traditional divisions of four sections:
1. Choshen Mishpat: laws that relate to business and financial dealings
2.
Even Haezer: laws that relate to weddings and divorce.
3.
Orech Chayim: laws of prayer, Shabbat and holidays.
4. Yorah Deah: Kosher food, mikva, idolatry and a few other topics.

Online Halacha, as per Sephardic tradition, available here - daily emailed subscription with text and link to audio, available here. To learn on how and to keep the laws, please contact your local Orthodox rabbi and *synagogue.

Intermarriage is to be discourage since Jews have their own role and they were set aside from the role of the non-Jew since HaShem set the nation apart/separated them from all nations/made them holy to be His Chosen People by making Jews comply with the 613 laws hence the Jewish Nation is not allowed to mix into the other nations and are responsible for its own continuity by continuing to properly keep the 613 laws and build Jewish homes within the laws.

Quotes:
Exodus 19:6 "And you shall be to Me a kingdom of princes and a holy nation"
Leviticus 19:2: "You shall be holy, for I, the Lord, your God, am holy."

The 7 Noahide Laws:

At Mount Sinai, the what is now known as The Seven Laws of Noah / Sheva Mitzvot B'nai Noach were regiven to all other nations to keepRecently, a bit of these laws were codified in a book called The Divine Code. Another volume is still in the works. These laws are scattered all over the Torah and Talmud and are being compiled into these books.

In the late 20th century non-Jews have approached orthodox rabbis and asked them to teach them   Since then, virtual and actual mini Bnai Noah/Noahide communities emerged.

With their acceptance of a monotheistic God, HaShem the Creator, and the God given original seven laws, the Bnai Noah are trying to build homes that uphold all this.  To find out more, look for the Bnai Noah nearest you and for orthodox rabbis who specialize in this.

***Please note that sincere converts are accepted into the Jewish nation by sincerely accepting the full yoke of the Torah with the 613 laws.  Conversion is not encouraged.

As for Moshiach/Messiah, we are waiting for a man like Moshe Rabbeinu/Moses who should be a Jew and a direct descended of King David, to come and take the helm and sort things that got muddled throughout the centuries and for him to bring about the full redemption

Below are some quotes:

YESHAYAHU / ISAIAH 44:6
6 Thus saith the LORD, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer the LORD of hosts: I am the first, and I am the last, and beside Me there is no God.

BAMIDBAR / NUMBERS 23:18
19 God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: when He hath said, will He not do it? or when He hath spoken, will He not make it good?

44 And yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God.
45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
